User responsibilities

- Do not upload unlawful content or materials you lack rights to use.

Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
